To support Orange's marketing efforts, we proposed to implement a series of personalized email campaigns based on advanced data analytics and greater use of the potential of Synerise technology, as well as data. These campaigns were to be tailored to the customer's lifecycle, purchase history, site behavior and offer segmentation, including NBA (Next Best Action).

Customers who abandoned browsing received an email with recommendations from Orange. In turn, users who added products to their shopping cart but did not finalize the purchase got messages with a discount on their order and recommendations for other products.

Building and executing with Persooa a solid communications strategy, with personalization, automation and the use of AI recommendations as its pillars, has yielded a remarkable result in the form of a more than 10-fold increase in orders from this channel and a more than 3-fold increase in conversions from the campaign.
